About Me

Hi, I’m James.

I started my career in film and storytelling, where I learned how narrative, pacing, and clarity shape how people understand and respond to ideas. That foundation naturally evolved into design and brand systems, where I focused on building cohesive, scalable experiences across channels.

Today, I work as a brand and marketing strategist, helping businesses define positioning, clarify messaging, and build marketing systems that connect brand strategy to customer behavior and business growth. My work sits at the intersection of brand, marketing, and product, translating complex ideas into clear narratives and structured campaigns that can be executed across teams and channels.

I enjoy the process of taking something abstract, whether a product, a brand, or a customer problem, and turning it into something clear, usable, and aligned across the organization. My approach is grounded in clarity, consistency, and understanding how marketing works across the full customer journey, not just at the point of communication.

Currently, I’m focused on deepening my work in brand strategy and go-to-market thinking, while actively developing case studies around onboarding, activation, and product positioning to strengthen how I approach marketing from a systems and growth perspective.

Outside of client and project work, I’m building out narrative-driven brand concepts and experimenting with how storytelling can evolve into more structured, system-based marketing thinking.
